Return Policy

At Vismo, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our exceptional safety footwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy to guarantee your peace of mind.

General Guidelines:

  1. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  2. The item must be in its original, unworn condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  3. Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, is required for all returns.
  4. Returns must be accompanied by the original packaging and any accessories included with the product.
  5. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at admin@at-work.ca or call 9056437000 to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.

  2. Our customer service representative will guide you through the return procedure and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  3. Package the item securely, including the original packaging and any accessories, and clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship the return item to the following address:

  5. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of your return.

  6. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

  7. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, excluding any shipping fees or promotional discounts.

  8. Please note that it may take a few additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or model, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate your exchange preference when contacting our Customer Support team. We will assist you in placing a new order for the desired item once we receive your return.

  • Vismo reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return policy.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
